We are seeking a reliable and diligent individual to join our team as a Studio Maintenance & Customer Support Assistant. This role is integral to ensuring our studio remains a welcoming and well-maintained environment for both our clients and staff.

**Responsibilities:**

  • **Studio Maintenance:** Ensure the studio is kept clean and organized at all times. This includes daily cleaning tasks, maintaining hygiene standards, and keeping the workspace tidy.

  • **Stock Management:** Monitor and manage studio supplies, including equipment, materials, and consumables. Responsible for inventory checks, reordering supplies as needed, and keeping stock areas organized.

  • **Customer Greeting:** Warmly welcome and greet customers upon arrival, creating a friendly and professional first impression.

  • **Hospitality Services:** Provide customers with food, water, and drinks as required. Ensure that refreshments are always available and presented in a neat and appealing manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

  • Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties and handling studio supplies.

  • **स्टॉक प्रबंधन:** स्टूडियो की आपूर्ति की निगरानी और प्रबंधन करना, जिसमें उपकरण, सामग्री और उपभोग्य वस्तुएं शामिल हैं। इन्वेंटरी चेक करना, आवश्यकतानुसार आपूर्ति पुनः मंगाना, और स्टॉक क्षेत्रों को व्यवस्थित रखना।

  • **ग्राहक स्वागत:** ग्राहकों का गर्मजोशी से स्वागत और अभिवादन करना, जिससे एक मित्रवत और पेशेवर पहला प्रभाव बने।

  • **हॉस्पिटैलिटी सेवाएं:** ग्राहकों को भोजन, पानी और पेय प्रदान करना। यह सुनिश्चित करना कि ताज़ा पेय और भोजन हमेशा उपलब्ध और साफ-सुथरे ढंग से प्रस्तुत किए गए हों।

**आवश्यकताएँ:**

  • समान भूमिका में पूर्व अनुभव को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी, लेकिन यह अनिवार्य नहीं है।

  • सफाई के प्रति गहन ध्यान और स्वच्छता के प्रति समर्पण।
