We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team based in Mumbai. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching enterprise initiatives, challenges and IT roadmaps to engage cybersecurity leaders
  • Driving personalized, account-based outreach via calls, emails, social, and video
  • Initiating conversations with CXOs and cybersecurity leaders to explore their projects and priorities
  • Scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers to advance sales opportunities
  • Articulating Zscaler's Zero Trust value proposition and handling objections with confidence

What We Are Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 3–5 years experience in sales or a related role
  • Strong command of business-level English
  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technology concepts

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Background in the security, SaaS, or software industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field
  • Skilled in account development, opportunity qualification, call planning, and territory management
