Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    Go-To-Market (GTM)
    strategies for US products, services, and programs
  • Drive
    partnership and alliance marketing
    initiatives for the US market
  • Plan and execute
    integrated marketing campaigns
    across email, digital, and content channels
  • Own
    email marketing strategy and execution
    using tools like
    HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Coordinate with creative teams (design, content, agencies) to deliver on-brand assets
  • Ensure
    brand consistency and messaging alignment
    across all US-facing materials
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and stakeholder communications
  • Track campaign performance and optimize messaging based on insights and metrics
  • Collaborate closely with US sales, product, and leadership teams

Required Qualifications

  • 7–12+ years of experience in
    Marketing Communications / Integrated Marketing / B2B Marketing
  • Proven experience supporting
    US market campaigns or US-based stakeholders
  • Strong expertise in
    GTM execution, campaign management, and email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with
    marketing automation platforms
    (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, etc.)
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Strong understanding of
    brand governance and messaging frameworks
  • Experience working in
    remote, global team environments
