We are looking for a seasoned
Marketing Communications leader
to drive
US-focused marketing initiatives

go-to-market execution, partnership marketing, email campaigns, and brand messaging
, while working closely with US-based marketing, sales, and product teams.
The ideal candidate has strong experience handling
US market campaigns
, managing
cross-functional projects
, and delivering
consistent, high-impact messaging
across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
Go-To-Market (GTM)
strategies for US products, services, and programs - Drive
partnership and alliance marketing
initiatives for the US market - Plan and execute
integrated marketing campaigns
across email, digital, and content channels - Own
email marketing strategy and execution
using tools like
HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, or Pardot - Coordinate with creative teams (design, content, agencies) to deliver on-brand assets
- Ensure
brand consistency and messaging alignment
across all US-facing materials - Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Track campaign performance and optimize messaging based on insights and metrics
- Collaborate closely with US sales, product, and leadership teams
Required Qualifications
- 7–12+ years of experience in
Marketing Communications / Integrated Marketing / B2B Marketing - Proven experience supporting
US market campaigns or US-based stakeholders - Strong expertise in
GTM execution, campaign management, and email marketing - Hands-on experience with
marketing automation platforms
(HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, etc.) - Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong understanding of
brand governance and messaging frameworks - Experience working in
remote, global team environments
