Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads for IT projects (WordPress, .NET, Java, PHP, React).
  • Optimize PPC campaigns, landing pages, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Develop outbound sales strategies and nurture client relationships to close deals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate reports and pipeline forecasts for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation for IT projects.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for SEO purposes.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Skills/Competencies:

Lead generation, PPC management, campaign optimization, client acquisition, marketing analytics, demand generation platforms, marketing automation, and social media strategy.
