Key Responsibilities:

The Project Supervision from Zonal Office for Govt. Projects & day-to-day support to the Site Team for Quantification of various items, checking of bills, preparation of Client RA Bills, preparation of Monthly Target, preparation of cashflow, preparation of Rate Analysis of Extra/ Deviation/ Substitute Items, preparation of Zero Budget & Escalation Bills in coordination with site team with preparation of reports and PPT for Client & SPD higher Management. Correspondance with Government clients & other stakeholders.

Major duties include:

  • Preparation of Client Bill & get the same approved from the Client in Excel.
  • Calculation of the quantity of material required and indent for the same in Google Sheet.

· Coordinating management review meetings and ensuring closure of open points, prepare minutes, and generate reports.

  • Coordination with Clients, Architects & Vendors for execution.

· Planning & supervision of the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications.

· Additional Supporting Responsibilities:

  • Develop and track Drawing Release Schedules, GFC drawing logs, and BOQ reviews.
  • Track project progress against planned milestones and highlight deviations with corrective action plans.
  • Prepare and submit periodic project status reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and plans in line with contractual requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum 5 years for BE and 8 years for Diploma, out of which at least 02 years of experience in Govt. Projects. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is essential.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint. Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6 (mandatory).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written communication in English (letter drafting and client correspondence).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
