- In this role, you will be responsible for Deal type confirmation and Deal approval. Analyzing and recording of revenue entries for each PID._
- You will work with Business, Project Management team and FP&A team. You will be expected to be focused on Managed services business-related activities of revenue recognition & billing._

- Responsibilities_

**_ _**
- _Evaluate deals set-up in workflow system from finance compliance perspective for revenue accrual & billing ensuring Revenue Recognition Policy being adhered._
- _Revenue accrual process based on different types of deals according to Revenue Recognition Policy._
- _Billing Process based on different types of deals._
- _Month close activities from Revenue & Billing Perspective._
- _Proper accounting of billing and accrual related transactions._
- _Proper understanding and control on accrued Vs billed variances (UBR-Unbilled Revenue Reconciliation)._
- _Actively interact with key stakeholders (Operations/PMO/ FP&A/Central controllership) in driving OTC activities to the closure._
- _Provide solutions to the issues related to set-up of Deals ensuring of revenue recognition policy adherence._
- _Handle Various Audits (SOX, Internal & Statutory) for Revenue & Billing Process._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Bachelor or Graduate degree_
- _Relevant years of experience in Order to Cash_
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills_
- _Excellent customer service and communication skills_
- _Must be self-reliant, resourceful, and proactive in approaching tasks._
- _Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data._
- _Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Exposure to (SAP / Oracle / Salesforce / TPM)_
- o Experience in Trade or Non-Trade deductions for Trade Management, OR_
- o Order Entry or Fulfilment experience for Order Management, OR_
- o Contract review & Entry experience for Contract Management, OR_
- _Knowledge of all Order-to-cash processes in the CPG or retail industry._
- _Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong communication skills_
- _Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines._
- _Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment._
- _Ability to multi-task and prioritize items with specific time constraints._
- _Client-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external client requests._
