Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop campaign strategies, plans, and designs using Unica Campaign software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in customer behavior.
  • Create engaging content for various channels (email, SMS, push notifications) to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Campaign Development or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Unica Campaign design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
