Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Content Calendar & Posting

  • Plan and publish daily/weekly posts across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.
  • Maintain a clean, aesthetic grid aligned with brand colors, fonts, and storytelling.

2. Reels & Creative Execution

  • Ideate and produce short-form video concepts aligned with drops.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and stylists for reel-ready content.

3. Captioning & Brand Voice

  • Write scroll-stopping captions, stories, and copy in a consistent brand tone.
  • Ensure every post, story, or DM feels like "Bad and Boujee."

4. Community Engagement

  • Respond to all DMs, comments, and story replies within 24 hours.
  • Repost UGC, give shoutouts, and build loyalty touchpoints with top fans.
  • Run giveaways and track dispatches.

5. Campaign & Drop Hype

  • Execute teasers, countdowns, and behind-the-scenes for each drop.
  • Coordinate with influencers & UGC creators for collab amplification.

6. Analytics & Feedback Loop

  • Track reach, saves, engagement, and conversion metrics weekly.
  • Suggest creative/content tweaks backed by data insights.
  • Share community feedback internally to improve design & CX.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years in 
    social media management or community handling
     (fashion/e-comm a plus).
  • Deep understanding of 
    youth culture, memes, and Instagram trends
    .
  • Strong writing skills — short, witty, scroll-friendly copy.
  • Canva/Photoshop or basic reel-editing experience.
  • Hyper-responsive on DMs, friendly but sharp communicator.
