We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer to join our mobile engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android development practices. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  • Solid understanding of Android SDK, architecture components, and lifecycle management
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries
  • Familiarity with MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Dependency Injection (e.g., Dagger/Hilt)
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Exposure to Jetpack libraries (Navigation, Room, WorkManager, etc.)
  • Knowledge of performance optimization and memory management
  • Familiarity with Google Play Store deployment and release cycles
