Role Description
This full-time role is for a Technical Support Engineer based on-site in Bengaluru. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues, troubleshooting, and offering exceptional customer support. The role involves analyzing technical problems and delivering efficient solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
