The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that not only enhance our brand presence but also drive lead generation and conversion. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a results-driven approach to meet daily targets and effectively close leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email and websites.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Generate and qualify leads through targeted marketing efforts and initiatives.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and effective closing of sales.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and lead conversion rates.
  • Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to lead generation and conversion.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, including ROI, lead conversion metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and lead conversion strategies.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve daily targets and convert leads into business opportunities.
