Job Description: Admission Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admission Manager to join our esteemed educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process, from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for prospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic admission plans to achieve enrollment targets.
    • Manage end-to-end admission process including inquiry handling, counseling, application processing, and follow-ups.
    • Coordinate with marketing teams to drive lead generation and engagement campaigns.
    • Organize and participate in admission events such as open houses, school visits, and education fairs.
    • Maintain and update student records in the admissions database system.
    • Monitor and analyze admission data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
    • Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational consultants.
    • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in admissions, student counseling, or educational sales.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Location and Reporting:

This position is based at our main campus and reports directly to the Campus Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
