Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Executive located in Noida. The SEO Executive will play a crucial role in driving organic visibility and digital growth for the company. Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing on-page SEO, building quality backlinks, executing SEO audits, and supporting social media marketing initiatives.

In addition, the SEO Executive will work on emerging SEO strategies such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI-SEO to ensure the company adapts to evolving search trends and maintains a strong presence in both traditional and AI-powered search platforms. The role also requires staying updated with recent Google and SEO industry updates and applying them to optimize website content, analyze web traffic, and report on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices.

  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Optimize website content for better rankings, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and support social media marketing initiatives aligned with SEO goals.
  • Apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve brand visibility in AI-driven platforms.
  • Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) practices to capture traffic from AI answer engines and voice search.
  • Leverage AI-SEO tools and strategies to analyze patterns and improve content discoverability.
  • Track, analyze, and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.
  • Stay current with the latest SEO and Google algorithm updates and apply them proactively.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in SEO (executive level).

  • Strong expertise in keyword research, on-page SEO, link building, and SEO audits.
  • Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI-SEO concepts.
  • Familiarity with recent SEO and Google updates (Core, Helpful Content, Spam policies, AI Overviews, etc.).
  • Skills in social media marketing and content optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) is a plus.
