About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Manager – SEO to lead our organic growth strategy using AI-powered SEO, automation, and advanced analytics.

This role is ideal for an SEO leader who is deeply technical, highly analytical, and passionate about leveraging AI, LLMs, and automation to scale performance across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SEO strategy across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
  • Implement AI tools for keyword research, topic clustering, and content optimization.
  • Conduct deep technical audits and resolve performance and indexing issues.
  • Apply predictive analytics for traffic and conversion forecasting.
  • Optimize content using AI and LLM-based tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, and NeuronWriter.
  • Track SEO performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Collaborate with Content, Design, and Development teams.
  • Monitor Google algorithm updates and AI-search evolution (Google SGE, Bing AI, Perplexity).
  • Lead and mentor the SEO team; ensure adoption of automation and best practices.
  • Perform A/B testing and continuous optimization experiments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO or digital marketing.
  • Strong experience in technical SEO (schema, sitemaps, , Core Web Vitals).
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Jasper, , Perplexity.
  • Strong capability in keyword research, content SEO, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools: GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving & analytical mindset.

Preferred:

  • SEO or Digital Marketing certifications.
  • Experience in International SEO and multi-language SEO setup.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and MarTech tools.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, IT training, or edtech domains is a plus.
