Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Service Manager to lead our business in Fire Protection, Fire Hydrant & ELV Systems. The role involves driving sales, handling service operations (AMC & maintenance), preparing quotations & proposals, client coordination, vendor management, payment recovery, and mentoring the sales/service team. Candidate should have strong knowledge of Fire & Safety / ELV systems, excellent communication & negotiation skills, and proven experience in achieving sales targets while ensuring service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth & prepare quotations/tenders.
  • Manage AMC, maintenance services & client escalations.
  • Lead sales & service teams for smooth operations.
  • Vendor coordination, billing & payment follow-up.
  • Prepare reports, MIS & sales forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics .
  • experience in Sales & Service (Fire & Safety / ELV industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership, client management & technical knowledge.
