  • MBA in Marketing / Sales or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate or high-value sales (luxury products, investments, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Knowledge of property documentation, RERA regulations, and sales agreements (preferred).
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and site visits.
  • Handle inquiries and convert potential clients into confirmed property buyers.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property rates, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with marketing and documentation teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with management.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
