Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Surety Bonds to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be a CA Inter qualified professional who has discontinued further pursuit of the CA qualification. This role will play a key part in supporting the Surety Bonds placement process and various associated operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and placing Surety Bond proposals with insurers.
  • Support in conducting financial and credit assessments of contractors by analyzing balance sheets, financial ratios, and other key data points.
  • Perform preliminary due diligence, including collection and review of documentation from clients.
  • Coordinate with clients and insurance companies to provide clarifications and respond to information requests.
  • Maintain and regularly update MIS for proposals under process, placed, and closed.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in preparing internal notes, submission decks, and other documentation as required.

Skills & Attributes:

  • 2-4 Years of proven track record of Insurance Operations Profile.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data handling.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven and able to manage timelines in a process-oriented environment.
