HR & Admin Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This position is exclusively open to female candidates who have prior experience in Human Resources and Administration. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing both HR and administrative functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as office management, vendor coordination, and procurement.
  • Assist in drafting policies, letters, and official communication.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

Requirements:

  • Only female candidates may apply.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an advantage.
