Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced
BDE / BDM

to join our team in
Ahmedabad

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales and a proven track record of driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, negotiation, and close deals to achieve sales goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    2-6 years

of experience in business development,
specifically in IT services sales

.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT services and technologies.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
