Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled
Junior/Mid-Level Backend Developer
to join our growing engineering team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining highly available and scalable backend systems that power mission-critical applications. Working within an Agile framework, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, performant, and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Golang.
  • Work with MongoDB and MySQL to build efficient and secure data models.
  • Implement caching and data optimization strategies using Redis.
  • Integrate with messaging systems like RabbitMQ (or other broker platforms).
  • Write and consume REST APIs and services
  • Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and frontend teams to ensure smooth development cycles.
  • Follow Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage and version control code using GitHub and follow CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on backend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Golang.
  • Solid experience with MongoDB (or other NoSQL DBs) and MySQL (or similar relational databases).
  • Working knowledge of Redis and RabbitMQ (or other message brokers).
  • Proficient in Rest API design (knowledge of Protobuf and gRPC is a plus).
  • Experience deploying and scaling applications on AWS.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to PHP, or React.
  • Basic frontend development experience.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages for automation and tooling.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization.
