Job Summary

R5Z Infraventures LLP is setting up a modern spring manufacturing plant in Udhampur. We are seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure on-time, high-quality production in alignment with our core values — Precision, Trust, and Vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee entire production floor operations for hot and cold coiling processes
• Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demands and internal deadlines
• Coordinate with departments like maintenance, quality, planning, purchase & stores
• Ensure effective use of plant equipment: Coiling, Peeling, Heat Treatment, Quenching, Shot Peening, End Grinding, etc.
• Maintain optimal stock of materials and monitor wastage
• Enforce SOPs, safety procedures, and 5S practices on shop floor
• Lead a team of operators, helpers, and line supervisors effectively
• Maintain daily production MIS and report to Plant Head or Director
• Ensure machine readiness for audits and inspections
• Support ERP/SAP-based documentation and log tracking

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of spring/coiling machinery and processes
• Experience in handling automotive or industrial spring production is preferred
• Familiarity with ISO standards, ERP (Oracle/SAP), and quality management systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen & Continuous Improvement

Team Structure

You will begin with a small core team and grow the production department in phases. The team includes:

• Helpers and Maintenance Staff
