Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of medical representatives, providing them with guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.

Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management.

Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

The required candidate should have the following qualities: 1. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

2. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing successful sales teams.

3. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
