Manager-Techno Commercial
ResponsibilitiesCommercial:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize procurement cost and achieve financial objectives
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between technical and commercial departments
- Oversee the techno-commercial aspects of the site, including budgeting, cost control, and procurement
Monitor and analyze site performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with senior management to provide regular updates on site activities, performance, and challenges
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards to maintain a secure working environment
- Identify market trends and opportunities to drive business growth and profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and customers
Procurement:
- Lead development and implementation of annual procurement plan and long-term forecasts
Organization Development:
- Support in identifying capability needs for the organization in the Development Phase
-Collaborate with other stakeholders for internal capability development through training & informal engagement for future talent needs
Educational Qualification: Essential: Engineering in any stream
Desired: MBA/ Experience and/ or Qualification in Mining/Civil/Mech. Procurement
Experiences:
years of professional experience in Techno Commercial field
- Experience in commercial / procurement in a large organization
- Experience in a supervisory role of a commercial / procurement function
- Proven success in procurement in sourcing large scale services / goods/ material
- A proven track record of exceptional savings performance and delivery
