Position:Applications Engineer IIJob Description:

What you will be doing:

  • Integration Platforms/Tools Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with one or more middleware/iPaaS tools (e.g. webMethods, SOA / OSB , Azure Integration Services).
  • API Management & Integration: Good knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, GraphQL, and API gateway technologies.
  • System Architecture Knowledge and experience: Ability to understand and drive projects. Executing scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions across cloud and on-prem. Familiarity with ERP (Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), middleware tools/integrations
  • Knowledge on Oracle ERP Functional Process Flow
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ability to collaborate and drive/diagnose integration failures, performance issues, and system bottlenecks.
  • Actively track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor partnerships to provide strategic input.

  • Project Management: Strong track record of managing multiple integration projects simultaneously.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging with both technical teams and business leaders.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical integration details into clear business impact.
  • Leadership: Leading cross-functional IT teams and vendor resources.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Quickly addressing integration challenges and minimizing downtime.
  • Demonstrated project and program management skills, managing multiple initiatives concurrently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
