A Deputy Manager Finance is a key role within the finance team, responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The position typically reports to the Finance Manager or Senior Manager Finance and involves overseeing accounting operations, budgeting, financial audits, and providing insights to aid strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results

Cash flow and fund flow monitoring. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls, including statutory filings such as TDS, GST, and tax returns. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Assist in financial audits, coordinate with external auditors, and implement audit recommendations.Handle tax compliance, vendor payments, payroll, and other financial operations within the organization. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in finance or professional certificate such as or CA-Inter are preferred.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 10+ years of experience in infrastructure company.
  • Candidate should have experience in cash flow, Banking management and overall project experience.
  • Candidate should have experience in budgeting and costing.
