- Prepare & cook authentic South Indian dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain taste, portion control, and presentation standards consistently.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety — cleaning workstations, proper storage, and compliance with standards.
- Assist senior chefs (Chef de Parties / Sous Chef) with daily kitchen operations and menu preparation.
- Prepare mise en place — organizing ingredients, chopping, mixing batters, etc.
- Monitor stock & equipment — report shortages or maintenance needs.
- Train and guide junior commis when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
