Role Highlights

  • Act as the single point of contact for admin & logistics during late shifts.
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping & facilities for smooth operations.
  • Manage cab & attendance tracking (pickups, drop-offs, shift logs).
  • Maintain inventory & floor support (supplies, ID cards, seating, orientation).
  • Prepare shift reports & handovers to the day team.
  • Escalate urgent issues to HR/Admin Manager.

Pick up & Drop Facility is given from the Company side.

5 Days Working (Monday to Friday)

Candidate Profile

Graduate / Diploma with 2-3 years experience in admin, office coordination, or BPO support

Willing to work night/rotational shifts & weekends

Strong communication, problem-solving, and Excel/Google Sheets skills

Reliable, self-managed, and calm under pressure
