Role Overview
The Open Enrolment Program Manager is a sales-driven leadership role responsible for generating bulk corporate nominations for the School of AI's (SAI) open calendar programs across India.
This position focuses on driving business development by engaging corporate L&D and HR teams, promoting long-term learning partnerships, and ensuring high participation in SAI's open programs.
The role requires independent lead generation through personal connects, networking, and events, while the Product, Events, and Marketing teams provide full support through program design, marketing campaigns, and event execution.
Program Portfolio
The Open Enrolment Program Manager will drive enrolments for SAI's diverse portfolio of programs, including:
- Long-Duration Programs (6–8 months): Advanced and Leadership AI Programs
- Short-Duration Programs (0–3 months): Functional and Applied AI Certificates
- Workshops (1–2 days): CXO, Managerial, and Functional AI Workshops
- Delivery Formats: Online, In-Person, and Blended
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Sales & Outreach
- Identify, engage, and convert corporate L&D, HR, and business leaders for bulk nominations into SAI's open programs.
- Generate leads independently through personal networks, referrals, company & industry events, and thought-leadership forums.
- Drive bulk corporate enrolments (5–50 participants per client) across various program formats.
- Manage the sales funnel end-to-end — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and post-enrolment relationship.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets through structured outreach and pipeline management.
2. Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain accurate data on leads, prospects, conversions, and revenue performance in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Provide weekly and monthly dashboards, sales forecasts, and performance reports to management.
- Track event-to-enrolment conversions and optimize outreach effectiveness.
Key Skills & Competencies
- 6–10 years of B2B / enterprise sales experience in corporate training, executive education, or EdTech, with a proven record of selling bulk nominations for open calendar programs.
- Strong CXO and L&D connects across industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads independently and own closures end-to-end.
- Exposure to AI, Digital Transformation, or Emerging Tech learning programs (preferred).
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Education Management (MBA preferred).
- Prior experience in executive education or corporate training sales is essential.
- Familiarity with AI, GenAI, or Technology-led learning solutions is MUST
