Role Overview:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer / Administrator to configure, customize, and maintain our Salesforce platform, improve processes, and support internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & customize using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL
  • Implement workflows, flows, validation rules
  • Manage roles, profiles, permissions & security
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools (APIs)
  • Provide user support, training & issue resolution
  • Data maintenance, cleansing & deduplication
  • Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field
  • 2–5 years' Salesforce development/admin experience
  • Experience in Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud (preferred)

Skills:

  • Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Salesforce admin skills (roles, profiles, workflows, reports)
  • Data modeling & security model knowledge
  • Familiarity with Change Sets, Sandbox, deployments
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
  • Experience with integrations (NetSuite, HubSpot)
  • Knowledge of Agile, JIRA, Git

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
