Take ownership of senior leadership recruitment, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, values, and strategic priorities. Strong knowledge of talent management principles, performance management, and leadership development.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.Outstanding communication and presentation skills
