We have an urgent opening for the position of Executive IT for a reputed FMCG MNC company (Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi).

Job Responsibilities:

Core Responsibility IT Infra Management:

• Support various staff for day-to-day issues with computers.
• Help IT staff for server operations.
• Check and update the PC to be replaced.
• Support endpoint security standards (antivirus/firewall/patching/two-factor authentication).
• Work with the IT team to perform computer upgrades and migrations.
• Manage inventory of computers/laptops, mobile devices, network equipment, including tracking of purchased equipment and services.
• SQL database management/Linux/VEEAM backup management skills.
• Extremely proficient in MS Office; Outlook setup with Office 365.
• Excellent follow-up skills, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server DC Domain controller Active Directory (Design, Security and Administration file server).
• Troubleshooting of desktop and laptop user-related issues.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Server Management and VLAN Management (Cisco Switch).
• IT security-related support based on the YDIL way.
• Deep technical knowledge to address network faults quickly and efficiently.
• Procurement and vendor management of all IT-related hardware & software (Desktop, Laptop, Large LED TV Screens, UPS, etc.).
• Carry out enterprise infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Working with the regional IT team to carry out an intra-architecture review and revamp.
• Hands-on experience in setting up new offices and meeting requirements.
• Prepare and manage inventory for IT assets. Manage records of AMC (computers, servers, EPBAX, access control, cameras, etc.), & taking care of corporate office & Branch offices.
• Take care of procurement of licenses, installation, tracking, and other details.
• Manage Internet lease lines and related tasks/issues.
• Designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
• Installing and troubleshooting software and networking systems and issues.
• Installing high-level software security systems as per the companys requirement.
• Conduct an annual audit to check for unauthorized applications/software.
• Install configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office.
• Installing Windows 10/11 and establishment of Network Services.
• Office 365 email application Outlook.
• Installation, configuration, and administration of network printers.
• Installation, Managing and Configuration Windows server 2012, 2016, and 2019 AD Infrastructure.
• Coordination with OEM vendor management.
• Management of the Fortinet Firewall with VLAN Switching.
• Biometric enrollment and coordination of troubleshooting to attendance In and Out time.
• Management of CCTV.

Qualification:

Graduate/Diploma in Network and Server Management/BCA/MCA/B.Sc. (IT)/M.Sc. (IT)/B.Tech. (IT)

Special Skills, Mental or Personality Requirements:

• The candidate must have good knowledge of desktops/laptops/printers, SQL, Linux, Veeam and Network Management.
• The candidate must have good speaking skills in both the English and Hindi languages.

Certification Preference:

• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
