Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning implementations, focusing on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Replenishment Planning.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for warehouse management solutions.
  • Manage integrations (Inbound & Outbound) and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Report project status to the offshore team lead and interact with onshore team members/clients as necessary.
  • Assist the technical team with conversions, integrations, and custom reports.
  • Develop business requirement and functional specification documents.
  • Produce essential artifacts such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, and training documents.
  • Conduct Fusion Application Configuration, Testing, Bug Fixes, Solution Designs, and Fit Gap Analysis.
  • Ensure client-facing interactions are handled professionally and effectively.
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation experiences is mandatory.

Skills Required:

  • Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning (Demand, Supply, and Replenishment Planning)
  • Oracle Fusion Applications configuration and testing
  • Order Management and Manufacturing modules
  • Procurement and Inventory management knowledge
  • End-to-end Oracle SCM implementation experience (minimum 2)
  • Requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
  • Warehouse management solution design and deployment
  • ERP integrations (Inbound & Outbound)
  • Creation of functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials
  • Client-facing communication and stakeholder management
  • Support for conversions, integrations, and custom report development

Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M-Tech/MSc./MBA/MCOM/CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)/CA.
