Job Summary:

The AV Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting audio-visual systems across various environments such as corporate offices, educational institutions, and event venues. This role involves both technical expertise and customer-facing support to ensure seamless AV experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation:

  • Implement AV solutions using components like displays, projectors, HD cameras, microphones, speakers, control systems, and switchers. Especially OEMs like Cisco, Polycom, Kramer ,Creston ,QYS,Shure

  • Passive cabling termination for all AV components and rack-mounting of AV components.

  • Programming & configuring of AV components

  • Operational Support:

  • Provide day-to-day support for AV systems including VoIP, video conferencing, and unified communications platforms.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for AV setups in conference rooms and event spaces.

  • Project Management:

  • Manage AV projects including planning, SOW creation, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

  • Review third-party installations for compliance with company standards..

  • Documentation & Training:

  • Maintain AV documentation including user guides and system diagrams.

  • Provide training and orientation for end-users on AV systems.
