Job Title: HR Intern Store Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Management

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai. The internship will also involve visiting a store once a week to support recruitment and employee lifecycle activities on-ground.

Duration: 3 Months

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in managing the employee lifecycle for store employees, with a strong focus on store-level recruitment. This role offers hands-on exposure to frontline hiring, onboarding, and HR operations for retail employees, providing a solid foundation in practical HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for store roles (Customer Service Executives, Department Managers, Business Managers, etc.).
  • Source candidates through multiple channels.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with store managers for timely closures.
  • Support in onboarding activities including documentation, induction, and joining formalities for store employees.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and trackers for store hiring.
  • Assist in employee lifecycle management including attendance records, transfers, engagement activities, and exit formalities.
  • Partner with HR team and store managers to ensure a smooth employee experience from recruitment to exit.
