Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Content Writer & Editor to lead our content team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple content projects across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging, SEO-friendly content that aligns with the company's brand voice and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, research, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Oversee a team of content writers—assign tasks, review drafts, and ensure timely delivery of quality work.
  • Maintain editorial consistency and brand tone across all content formats.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to align content strategy with business objectives.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics and continuously improve based on analytics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and identify new content opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional writing and editing experience.
  • Proven experience in managing or mentoring a team of writers.
  • Exceptional command of English grammar, style, and storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content optimization.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using tools like Grammarly, SEMrush, SurferSEO, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Background in digital marketing or social media content creation is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
