Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
Process incoming invoices accurately and on time.
Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.
Assist with the preparation of payment runs.
Bank Reconciliation:
Perform daily bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between bank statements and company records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all bank accounts.
Excel Reporting:
Prepare detailed financial reports and statements using Excel.
Update financial records and reports regularly.
Generate summary reports for management review.
Data Entry:
Input and manage data quickly and accurately, ensuring all records are updated in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute with high accuracy.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Experience: Previous experience in accounts payable, bank reconciliation, or similar roles is highly preferred.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Communication Skills: Ability to interact with internal teams, vendors, and management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software Tally ERP.
