You Are Responsible For

  • Monitoring and supervising daily engineering operations and personnel performance.
  • Ensuring that all safety protocols and quality measures are strictly followed.
  • Collaborating with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
  • Providing training and support to junior engineers and staff as needed.
  • Maintaining and reporting on performance metrics to management.
