We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at [Café Name]. As a Barista, you will be the heart of the café, crafting exceptional coffee and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in coffee preparation, customer service, and café operations will help ensure that every customer has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coffee Preparation:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, and teas, following the café's recipes and standards.
  • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Customer Service:
  • Greet customers in a friendly, approachable manner and take orders with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering suggestions, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling:
  • Accurately process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain a clean and balanced cash register.
  • Keep the coffee station, kitchen, and dining areas tidy and well-organized throughout the day.
  • Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines to maintain a clean workspace.
  • Stock Management:
  • Monitor and replenish inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
  • Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth café operations.
  • Participate in training and ongoing skill development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144, ₹250,000.00 per year
