Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and implement quality control processes, ensuring all products meet industry standards and internal specifications. Responsibilities will include developing and maintaining QA policies, supervising inspection activities, identifying and resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control processes, and product inspections
  • Expertise in ISO 9001 standards and audit compliance
  • Strong knowledge in precision manufacturing and machining processes
  • Experience with data analysis, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Leadership and team management skills to oversee QA personnel and collaborate with other departments
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the valve manufacturing industry or a similar sector is a distinct advantage
