Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Specialist located in Jaipur. The Account Specialist will manage client accounts, communicate effectively with clients, and address their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring financial processes, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the implementation of account management strategies. The role requires strong analytical capabilities to identify trends and improve service delivery in a highly dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Service practices
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and trends
  • Understanding of Finance to manage billing and account-related processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles or account management is a plus
