Role Description

This is a full-time Food and Beverage Manager role at Cafe Wink, located in Delhi, India. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing food service operations, managing food and beverage offerings, ensuring excellent customer service, providing training to staff, and budgeting for the department.

Qualifications

  • Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience in training and developing staff
  • Budgeting and financial management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
