Role & responsibilities

The Financial controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate Financial reporting compliance with statutory requirements and implementation of effective financial controls. The role involves strategic financial planning, managing the accounting team and partnering with leadership to drive Profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow) Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts Monitor budget vs actual performance and perform variance analysis Product costing Compute standard cost of products Monitor actual vs standard cost variances and analyze reasons Conduct Margin Analysis by product, Business Unit Support R&D /New product Development with costing simulations Stakeholder Management Partner with business heads to provide financial insights and support business decisions Prepare financial presentations for Senior management, board meeting or Investors

Key Skills required
• Strong accounting and Financial Management expertise
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Info M3)
• Advanced excel and financial modelling skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder Management skills.

Qualifications
• CA /CMA or CA/CMA Inter
