Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Field Ops - Executive (Partner Onboarding). The executive will be responsible for daily operations including coordinating partner onboarding processes, managing field operations, addressing and troubleshooting any operational issues, and ensuring smooth communication among all stakeholders. You will be required to maintain records, analyze data related to operations, and provide actionable insights to improve the onboarding process.

  • Field Operations and Operations Management skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and insights
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination
  • Troubleshooting abilities to resolve operational issues
  • Experience with partner onboarding processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
