maintenance of production quality standards and documentation. This defining

quality requirements for products and preparing/maintaining necessary

documentation, monitor production quality performance to identify opportunities

for improvement, review and maintenance of quality files, procedures, Job Books,

work instructions, etc. for relevance and adherence to MSA Quality System,

customer and IMS compliance.Responsibilties Responsible for Data monitoring, Analysis & CAPA implementation in coordination with QA inspectors wrt

o NCs

o Snags

  • Responsible for calibration of all measuring instruments.
  • Responsible for New Process / Product Development inspection and validation (Including FAR).
  • Organizing Kaizen meeting every Wednesday 3 pm - collecting kaizen reports from respective departments and making consolidated report for meeting.
  • Updating reports – weekly CTQ monitoring trends
  • Supporting MR for IMS activities
  • Carry out weekly kaizen meeting in co-ordination with all dept.
  • Kaizen effectiveness audit - cost validation
  • Implement Kaizens & contribute to Improvement projects
  • Pre-requisties
  • Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • In-depth understanding of technical documentation
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Team spirit
  • Good analytical skills
  • Additional certification in Quality Assurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹31,627.07 per month
