Roles and Responsibilities for Senior Consultant- Portfolio & Financial Analytics. (P&FA)

• Support the Portfolio & Financial Analytics (P&FA) team in preparing monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting across all business units.
• Perform variance and trend analysis, clearly articulating key drivers of performance versus plan and forecast.
• Provide insight into public market results (equities, fixed income) and, ideally, private market performance (PE, RE, alternatives).
• Develop clear, concise management reporting materials and executive presentations summarizing financial performance and drivers.
• Partner with P&FA leads during forecasting, budgeting, and reforecast cycles to ensure accuracy and alignment with business performance.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all financial reporting outputs.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of P&L mechanics, balance sheet linkages, and investment performance drivers.
• Proficient in variance analysis, trend identification, and translating financial results into business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis and data management, with proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools for financial dashboards and KPI visualization (preferred).
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating findings clearly to both finance and investment stakeholders.
