Role Description

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing organizational efficiency by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing data-driven solutions. You will monitor operational performance, evaluate workflows, and develop actionable insights that support strategic and tactical decision-making. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate across departments to optimize productivity and performance. You will contribute to the organization's success by driving process optimization, cost reduction, and overall operational excellence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of translating complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Collect, organize, and interpret data to support business performance and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key operational indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance resource utilization.
  • Evaluate the impact of process changes and recommend data-backed solutions for optimization.
  • Support budget management, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to address operational challenges and develop corrective actions.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new systems, tools, or process automation initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing insights, findings, and recommendations for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of business operations, process improvement, and performance measurement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and presentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ERP or business management systems is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, economics, or a related field preferred.
