We are seeking a skilled and motivated UAV engineer to join our R&D and flight operations team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the full lifecycle of UAV development from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated UAV Engineer to join our R&D and flight operations team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the full lifecycle of UAV development—from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop UAV airframes and propulsion systems
  • Perform CAD modeling and structural analysis (SolidWorks, ANSYS, etc.)
  • Integrate avionics, autopilot systems (e.g., Pixhawk, Ardupilot), and communication modules
  • Conduct lab-based and field-based flight testing
  • Troubleshoot system failures and implement design improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (aerodynamics, payload, software, etc.)
  • Document design specifications, test results, and compliance reports
  • Ensure adherence to DGCA and other regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in UAV design, development, and operations
  • Strong understanding of flight dynamics, propulsion systems, and control theory
  • Proficient in CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA), MATLAB/Simulink, and simulation software
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, GPS, telemetry, and mission planning tools
  • Hands-on experience with soldering, fabrication, and drone assembly is a plus
  • DGCA RPAS Certification (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
