Job Summary:
The role is for MEP HVAC Execution (Hotel / Commercial Building Construction Experience),
Key Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- MEP HVAC Execution (Hotel / Commercial Building Construction)
- Execution of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment installation.
- Coordination with architects, consultants, and other MEP services for smooth execution.
- Supervision of site installation teams and ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitoring project progress, quality, and safety compliance at site.
- Preparing daily/weekly progress reports and coordinating with the project management team.
- Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of HVAC materials and equipment.
- Testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems as per project timelines.
- Experience in large-scale hotel or commercial building construction projects is essential.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate – Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or a Diploma in the same field
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience Hotel / Commercial Building Construction.
