Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–5 years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to manage and support the sales process by coordinating with clients, internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales team and clients for regular follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Generate sales performance reports for management.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
Act as a point of contact between customers and internal departments.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred).
3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
