You will get to learn in our company:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the financial aspects of international export and import operations.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and optimize financial processes related to cross-border transactions. Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements

· Managing the purchase ledger and ensuring that all payments are made on time

· Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions

· Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and other financial analysis as required

· Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations and accounting standards

· Prepare Excel sheet of material purchase, expenditure and all other relevant expenses at site.

· Required visit to our CA office for coordination in Auditing, financial statements of the company.

International Billing:

  • Handle international billing processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.

GST Filing:

  • Take charge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) filing procedures.
  • Keep abreast of GST regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.

Tax Knowledge:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of corporate tax regulations and stay updated on changes in tax laws.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and advice to optimize the company's financial position.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Ensure adherence to international accounting standard. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded

Qualifications:

· Graduation Certificate required. B.Com/ BBA/ M.Com/ MBA or any associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Software Knowledge:

i) Tally

ii) ERP

iii) Advance MS Excel
